How It Works

Are you interested in hosting a special dinner party in Edinburgh? You’ve come to the right place. Bring the restaurant experience to your home with Edinburgh’s Private Chef: Clément Mercier-Balaz.



The way it works is simple; just give us a call to discuss your dinner party and we’ll ask you the following questions;



When are you planning on hosting your dinner party?
For how many people? (please note, we specialise in intimate dinner parties for around 12 people)

What are the dietary requirements? Please highlight any allergies.



Following our initial conversation, we will then arrange a visit to your home to check what equipment can be used by the Chef, what your kitchen and dining layout is for preparation and on-site cooking and to go over the menu ideas together.

We’re excited to hear from you and help design a beautiful dinner party.

Please note: we will be adhering to covid-19 restrictions with social distancing, hygiene and we will wear masks at both the on-site visit and on the night of your event.


